Based in Burlington, MA, the role requires a bachelor’s degree and strong Excel skills, with potential growth toward Senior Accountant over time. A Secret clearance is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in accounting operations required.
• 5 years of DoD or government contract cost accounting highly desired.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support daily finance operations and project cost accounting.
• Prepare inputs for monthly government contract reports.
• Create purchase requests/POs and approve vendor invoices.
• Review time, travel and direct costs for accuracy.
• Draft invoices and manage full cycle accounts receivable.
