Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing accounting and finance functions, including month-end close and financial reporting.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and internal control practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain financial results clearly.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing financial data, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, variance analysis, and reporting packages for internal stakeholders.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting activities, monitoring performance against plan and identifying drivers of results.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial procedures to support compliance and risk management.
• Lead or coordinate special finance/accounting projects, including process improvements and ad hoc reporting requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, tracking, and operational decision-making.
