Job summary

BICASA North America Inc. is seeking an Accounting/Finance Manager (Maternity Cover) in Charlotte, NC for a temporary, hands-on role. You will manage AP/AR, GL, and monthly reports while supporting forecasting, budgeting, and payroll coordination.

This contract position requires at least 5 years in accounting, strong QBO and Excel skills, and familiarity with GAAP/IFRS. Onsite in Charlotte, relocation is required for immediate start in mid-October 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) including the inventory module.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience with inventory reconciliation and procurement processes.
• Experience managing AR/AP, financial reporting, and purchase orders.
• Experience coordinating payroll and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements following GAAP and IFRS.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) activities.
• Perform general ledger accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Produce and interpret monthly financial reports for internal stakeholders.
• Support forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Raise, track, and manage purchase orders for equipment, services, and supplies.
• Conduct cost control and P&L analysis.
• Maintain and troubleshoot QuickBooks Online to support accurate bookkeeping and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Coordinate with external accountants and auditors as needed.
• Review employee clock-in data and confirm accuracy.
• Coordinate with payroll provider for timely payroll processing.
• Oversee essential office services.
• Maintain and optimize building supplier contracts and schedules.
• Oversee inventory using the QuickBooks Online inventory module.
• Track and reconcile incoming and outgoing goods.
• Align inventory records with financial statements and physical stock counts.
• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to maintain stock levels.

Requirements
