Job summary

Associa is seeking an Accounting Director to oversee billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions. You will supervise staff, drive process improvements, and ensure timely and accurate financial operations across branches and departments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Corporate Controller and Branch Controllers to support budgeting, forecasting, and timely year-end audits, maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of experience with billing, AR, and AP.
• Supervisory experience of 4-5 years.
• Experience with billing processes such as management fees, administrative services, or property and maintenance billing is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Billing, Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) functions.
• Supervise staff within these departments and ensure timely, accurate work.
• Lead process improvements within these financial functions.
• Monitor metrics, support budgeting/forecasting, and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Collaborate with corporate/branch controllers to ensure clean year-end audits and standardized processes.
