Qualifications

• 2-3 years of accounting experience or educational equivalent is required.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; ability to learn database management software.

Responsibilities

• Post vehicle transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Post sales transactions to accounting records after checklist compliance.
• Reconcile office records with the sales department; identify missing transactions.
• Prepare daily reports of outstanding deals and billing status.
• Bill out dealer trades and prepare Certificates of Origin when needed.
• Process warranties and extended service contracts; maintain processing log.
• Complete payroll commissions and month-end duties by deadlines.
• Assist with other clerical or administrative tasks as requested.
