The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree or equivalent, up to 2 years in accounting-related work, and strong proficiency with MS Office on Windows. Join a team focused on accuracy, efficiency, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in Accounting, Finance or related business field.
• 0-2 years of experience in Accounting or other related experience.
• Proficient in Windows environment using Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional levels of service and support to Tax and Farm Accounting through phone, in-person, and digital channels.
• Schedule customer meetings, prepare files for appointments, and maintain historical customer files.
• Back-up to Customer Experience Specialist for front desk coverage and general office responsibilities.
• Contribute to planning and running office activities and customer events.
