Job summary

Holman is a family-owned, global automotive services organization seeking an accounting professional to help manage inventory, cash flow, and monthly reporting. You will reconcile accounts, conduct quarterly audits, and produce performance reports for leadership, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency.

Required are a related degree or equivalent experience and 2–4 years in accounting, with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years' accounting experience; remarketing is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
• Collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information.
• Reviewing and improving analytics processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security.

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile inventory & holding accounts on a monthly basis
• Manage VR on account cash on a monthly basis
• Complete quarterly vendor audits
• Reconcile monthly PIE reporting
• Produce monthly revenue and operational performance reports for department leadership
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

• Has breadth and depth of expertise in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department

Regular Full-Time

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $60,800.00 - $86,640.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
