A leading logistics company is looking for a Card Administrator to oversee purchasing and travel card programs across the US and Canada. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and 2-3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will manage cardholder inquiries, ensure compliance with company policies, and provide exceptional customer service. Comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly rate of $25-$27.50 are offered for this full-time position.
The Card Administrator is responsible for the comprehensive management and oversight of the company's purchasing card (P-Card) and travel card programs across US and Canadian operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all cardholder inquiries, program compliance, and liaisons with card issuing financial institutions. The Card Administrator ensures program integrity through diligent monitoring, and enforcement of company policies while providing exceptional customer service to cardholders across both countries.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
