What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete month-end close procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Ensure timely and accurate data input to keep the system updated
- Develop and update desk procedures for tasks performed
- Assist team members with various tasks during high-volume periods or special projects
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an Accounting Department and office setting in a large company
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
