About the Role

We are hiring Accounting Consultants (Engagement Directors) for our Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS). CAAS offers customized accounting support for clients (typically with revenues over $50M) on interim and project basis. If you value flexibility, variety, and work-life balance, keep reading!

Responsibilities

• Serve as a high-level interim or project-based accounting resource across various industries, handling roles such as Interim Controller, Financial Reporting Manager, Internal Audit Manager, etc.
• Design and improve accounting processes including monthly close, management and financial reporting, forecasting, consolidations, and system implementations.
• Take an active, hands-on approach in executing client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of relevant work experience, including public accounting; prior industry experience as a CFO, Controller, SEC Reporting, or Internal Audit Manager is preferred. Big Four experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with various accounting software.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.
• Prior project management and exceptional client service experience are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The wage range for this position is $50-$90/hr, depending on factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge.
