Job summary

CFS in Fishers, Indiana, is seeking an Accounting Consultant focused on property management. You will analyze monthly financial statements, ensure accuracy of property-level accounting, and partner with property managers and leadership to explain results and variances, supporting close processes.

You will assist with budgeting and forecasting, identify discrepancies, and implement process improvements and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience in property management, real estate, or similar environments.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting/property management software (Yardi, MRI, RealPage, or similar).

• Review and analyze monthly financial statements for assigned properties.
