Job description

Our client is seeking an Accounting Clerk who will also assist with Customer Service tasks during their busy season. This interim role is ideal for a detail-oriented and friendly individual with strong QuickBooks experience.

Responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk w/ Customer Service
  1. Manage accounting and customer service tasks for a group of four businesses
  2. Address customer inquiries and/or forward calls to the appropriate party
  3. Perform additional tasks as required
Qualifications of the Accounting Clerk w/ Customer Service
  1. Prior related experience, preferably in property management or a similar industry
  2. Proficient in QuickBooks (Online and Desktop) and data entry
  3. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  4. Ability to work well in a busy environment

This opportunity offers 20-30 hours per week at a pay rate of $25-$28/hour, DOE.
