The ideal candidate is an accounting student or early-career professional pursuing an Associate’s degree in Accounting, with opportunities to grow during school breaks and after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word is required.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain fuel billing accurately and timely.
• Manage fuel cards and related documentation.
• Enter and maintain information in customer portals and accounting systems.
• Assist with month-end close activities and reconciliations.
