We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a government client's default residential housing program. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in accounts payable, working with a system of record to extract, upload, and update data, collaborating with the Accounting Manager and possibly Program Management Office (PMO) personnel to ensure timely payments to contractors and utilities, assisting with data and invoice gathering for client invoicing, and utility activation and deactivation services.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Qualifications include excellent communication skills, proficiency with proprietary software and Microsoft Office Suite, ability to meet deadlines, and experience in a similar government contracting environment preferred.
Must pass pre-employment screening and undergo a government suitability investigation.
