Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily invoicing and balancing.
• Process and apply customer payments.
• Process and apply credits.
• Record and balance daily invoicing, cash, credit card, and check payments.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Answer phones and assist customers.
• Maintain handling and filing of sensitive records under internal controls.
• Enter accounts payable invoices and organize AP runs.
• Uphold safety policies and procedures across tasks.
