Job summary

Cobb County Toyota, a high-volume automotive dealership, is seeking a full-time Automotive Accounting Clerk for immediate hire. The role works with the Finance Department to handle customer requests, warranty processes, and F&I products, with modern systems and a professional office team.

The position offers full medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, paid vacation, a climate-controlled facility, and opportunities to advance within the accounting department.

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented, organized, able to handle high volume and work independently.
• Understanding of general bookkeeping and accounting experience or accounting degree.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Resume must be uploaded; pre-employment background checks required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Finance Department to process customers' requests and inquiries.
• Submit and process Warranty, GAP, and other F&I products.
• Calculate and process all warranty and insurance cancellation requests in a timely manner.
• Reconcile statements and post entries to general ledger.
• Maintain current and clean accounting schedules.
• Scanning and filing.
• Other duties as assigned in Accounting Department
