Aramark at Fenway Park is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Clerk for a part-time seasonal position. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in finance and gain practical experience in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Perform administrative tasks such as distributing mail, ordering and stocking supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors.
  2. Assist management with clerical duties related to accounting, payroll, receiving, and human resources, including filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
  3. Greet customers, clients, and employees; handle inquiries and direct calls as needed.
  4. Maintain office memos and informational postings.
  5. Operate office technology and software, including voicemail systems, copiers/scanners, computers, and MS Office applications.
  6. Contribute to the team by developing new skills and ensuring job responsibilities are completed efficiently. Note that duties may evolve without prior notice to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications
