KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a Hillsborough County, NH company seeking an Accounting Clerk to join its Finance team. The position focuses on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data entry and offers a temporary hourly arrangement in Bedford, NH.

Compensation is up to $25.00-$27.00 per hour, DOE. The role provides hands-on experience within a large, publicly traded organization and entails close collaboration with the Controller and Finance team to support daily

Qualifications

• Previous AP, AR, or general accounting experience preferred.
• Accounting-focused internship experience will be considered.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with financial data and performing data entry.
• Ability to learn quickly and take on additional accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Process invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions.
• Perform accounting-related data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist the Controller with various accounting tasks and projects.
• Research and resolve basic discrepancies as needed.
• Provide additional support to the Finance team based on experience and business needs.
