What You’ll Do
  • Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare, verify, and process invoices, expense reports, and payments with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial accounts.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of financial documents in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing reports and assisting with journal entries.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or payment issues.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance department to keep operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical finance role.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, or SAP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools; strong spreadsheet skills are a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong time management abilities—you can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with vendors, clients, and team members.
