This role is perfect for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in organized environments, enjoy working with numbers, and want to grow their career in a collaborative and supportive setting. If you’re ready to bring structure, precision, and dedication to a team that values your contributions, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare, verify, and process invoices, expense reports, and payments with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial accounts.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of financial documents in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing reports and assisting with journal entries.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or payment issues.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance department to keep operations running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical finance role.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, or SAP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools; strong spreadsheet skills are a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong time management abilities—you can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with vendors, clients, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected and collaborative.
  • A proactive and dependable attitude with a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
What We Offer
  • 100% remote flexibility—work from anywhere.
  • Competitive salary with opportunities for growth.
  • Health, wellness, and retirement benefits (regional availability may vary).
  • Paid time off, holidays, and work-life balance support.
  • Professional development opportunities, including training and certifications.
  • A collaborative, people-first culture where your contributions matter.
  • The chance to gain valuable experience and grow within a supportive Finance team.
