Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned, self-motivated accounting clerk to handle routine clerical tasks. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented with strong communication skills and a customer service mindset. The ideal candidate should have experience with QuickBooks, as well as working knowledge of banking portals, credit card processes, and customer billing portals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve technician timesheets.
  • Generate and send invoices to customers.
  • Communicate regularly with customers regarding outstanding balances and account issues.
  • Record and process incoming payments by check, ACH and electronic payments.
  • Post vendor bills and credit card transactions.
