Accounting Clerk - Jacksonville, FL - United States ONSITE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an entry-level Accounting Clerk to collaborate with the CFO, corporate controller, regional controllers, and the finance team. The role involves bookkeeping activities and preparing operational reports.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in preparing monthly reports, general bookkeeping, and special projects.
2. Complete general accounting projects as assigned.
3. Perform data entry using Excel.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred but not required.
2. At least second year+ in an accounting program with a strong accounting background.
3. Advanced working knowledge of Excel.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment.
5. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
