Job summary

ID Technology is seeking an Accounting Clerk to contribute to the company's success by handling a variety of accounting tasks, including processing and auditing transactions, resolving issues and generating reports. You will support day-to-day processing, perform data entry in Concur and Syteline, and assist with vendor statement research.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, proficiency with Microsoft applications, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently

Who we‘re looking for?

Support the day-to-day processing of the department by researching invoice issues
Manual data entry of invoices in Concur and syteline, as needed
Research vendor statements and work to resolve outstanding issues
Establish working relationships with internal and external customer/vendors
Assist with special projects, as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma
Effective Computer Skills (Microsoft Applications)
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work with minimal direction – independent discretion judgment
Good team player attitude
Willingness to learn
Ability to focus on detail
