Job summary

Adams Health Network's Adams Memorial Hospital in Decatur, IN is seeking an Accounting Clerk to provide general support to the accounting department. You will handle filing, deposits, and maintaining spreadsheets, and assist with audits as needed.

The Accounting Clerk is responsible for providing general support to the accounting department and to other accounting team members. They perform a wide range of duties including, but not limited to, filing and maintaining certain accounting records, sorting mail, preparing deposits, maintaining various spreadsheets and ledgers, and other administrative duties as requested. They will assist with various audit tasks including gathering and organizing various audit requests, such as invoices, bank reconciliations and other required documentation. General knowledge of accounting systems/processes and Microsoft Office is required.
