Job summary

GOLDEN X PLUMBING SUPPLIES in Inverness, FL is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our team. You will manage bookkeeping functions, process AP/AR, perform bank reconciliations, and assist with financial reporting, using accounting software and Excel.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required. A clean, valid driver's license is requested. Training hours are M-F 9:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; regular hours are 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch break.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping and accounting functions such as AP/AR and reconciliations.
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting software.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bookkeeping records and general ledger.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with financial reporting.
