Job summary

VMAXWELL PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Accounting & Audit Manager to oversee the accounting and finance team, manage client relationships, and provide guidance to both internal teams and external clients.

You will lead a mid-sized team, set workflows, and ensure high-quality delivery across accounting, tax, secretary and audit work, while maintaining strong communication with auditors and clients.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, audit or related fields.
• Experience managing a team of 8-10 staff or more.
• Strong audit and accounting knowledge.
• Audit signing authority / relevant professional qualification (e.g. Chartered Accountant) is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or above from a recognised university.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Confident in dealing with clients and external professional parties.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
