212° Titans, a privately owned, mid‑sized public accounting and advisory firm, is seeking a Senior Audit & Assurance Accountant to lead engagements, mentor junior staff, and build trusted client relationships.

The ideal candidate is a licensed CPA or actively progressing toward licensure, with 3–5 years of public accounting experience focused on audit and assurance, and strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and GAGAS.

Qualifications

  • Three to five years of public accounting experience, focused on audit and assurance.
  • Licensed CPA or actively progressing toward licensure with some exam sections passed.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and GAGAS, including nonprofit and Yellow Book engagements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and audit software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements, priorities, and deadlines.

About the Role

The Senior Audit & Assurance Accountant will lead financial statement engagements from planning through completion while providing guidance to associates and delivering thoughtful, accurate work to clients across multiple industries. The ideal candidate is a licensed CPA or is actively progressing toward licensure, understands each phase of the audit process, and can manage assignments independently with limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor, and train associates, including reviewing work and providing constructive guidance.
  • Perform risk assessments and develop audit programs aligned with client needs.

Requirements

Preferred Experience
  • Experience serving clients in one or more of the following industries: manufacturing, nonprofit, charter schools, construction, or professional services.
