Insite Group in New Jersey is seeking an Assurance Experienced Associate to strengthen our audit practice. You will manage engagement lifecycles, mentor junior staff, and act as a trusted advisor to regional clients.

The role offers a true hybrid structure, with balanced busy-season hours and a transparent path toward Audit Manager. You will lead audits, supervise staff, and collaborate with client leadership to deliver timely, accurate financial statements and robust internal controls analysis.

Competenze

• 2+ years of recent public accounting audit experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA license or active progress toward CPA required.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and GAAS.
• Experience with audit software (CCH Engagement, CaseWare) and advanced Excel functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Technical Mastery: Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, financial reporting, and audit methodologies.
• Software: Proficiency with modern audit software (e.g., CCH Engagement, CaseWare) and advanced Excel functions.
• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset.
