You will manage multiple clients, handle accounts payable, receivable, cash disbursements, payroll, and monthly close processes, ensuring accurate financial statements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a preference for accounting and financial experience.

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Accounting and financial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Accounting & Advisory Services for the Manufacturing Industry team.
• Handle multiple clients, software, and charts of accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Coordinate and process accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll.
• Complete financial statements during month-end processing.
• Coordinate and complete bank, credit card, prepaid, accounts receivable, fixed asset, accounts payable, and accrual reconciliations.
• Complete complex account reconciliations previously set up and supported by Senior Associate, Assistant Controller, Controller, or CFO.
• Complete sales tax returns, Form 1099s, and other client-requested forms or items.
