Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, payroll, AP/AR or office admin helpful but not required.
• College graduates and those starting or growing an accounting career are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions.
• Assist with billing and invoicing activities.
• Support payroll-related processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end close activities.
• Support audit preparation and financial reporting requirements.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
