Our team is looking for an Accounting Associate (AR) to join them. You will report to the Controller and will have an onsite work structure in Creedmoor, North Carolina.

To be considered for the Accounting Associate (AR) opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

• Associate Degree in Accounting
• A minimum of two years’ accounting experience using an ERP system in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)

As an Accounting Associate (AR), you will:

• Perform daily customer Invoicing
• Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Monitor customer accounts receivable balances on a regular basis to ensure accounts are current
• Contact customers to collect past due accounts
• Investigate and resolve issues as they relate to billing, short payments, over payments, credit memos, etc.
• Perform entry and reconciliation of G/L accounts for Accounts Receivable
• Assist with General Ledger journal entries
• Assist with weekly check runs, monitoring of emails for payables, receivables, etc. as needed
• Perform administrative and office support activities for various departments within the organization

Salary Range:

• $25.00 - $28.00/hour, based on experience
