Job summary

Lume Search Partners in Kentucky is seeking a Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting under the CFO and Controller. The role involves invoicing, A/R management, and basic financial reporting to help maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices and billing.
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Post and reconcile cash receipts and payments.
• Assist with accounts payable and vendor invoices.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end close and preparation of journal entries.
• Maintain accurate and organized general ledger records.
• Assist with accounting schedules and financial reporting.
• Research and resolve billing and accounting discrepancies.
• Support the Controller and Senior Accountant with various accounting projects and analysis.
• Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions are properly documented.
• Assist with other accounting and finance responsibilities as needed.
