This role offers an introduction to the CPA firm environment with opportunities to learn across service lines. You will work closely with the Office Manager and senior CPAs, performing basic bookkeeping, client file management, and reception duties during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional-level accounting work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite administrative support to tax, audit, and bookkeeping divisions.
• Serve as a client point of contact during intake and document handling.
• Assist the Office Manager with daily operations, reception, and document intake.
• Perform basic bookkeeping for small business clients (transactions, reconciliations, AP).
• Support seasonal workflow, especially during tax season.
• Follow firm processes with strong attention to detail across engagements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
