Job summary

Robinson Pharma is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our team. The role works closely with the accounting team and other internal departments to ensure accurate financial records.

Responsibilities include reconciling invoices, updating expense reports, entering transactions, assisting with audits, and maintaining accounts payable files; we offer competitive wages and benefits. This is a full-time, on-site position in Santa Ana, CA, with MS Office and QuickBooks experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Reconciles invoices and identifies discrepancies.
• Creates and updates expense reports.
• Enters financial transactions into internal databases.
• Checks spreadsheets for accuracy.
• Participates in quarterly and annual audits.
• Maintains all accounts payable files (i.e. scan invoices, W9, W8), including filing invoices, rename and updating vendor files, estimates 2-3 times per week.
• Sorts invoices in descending and ascending order, files invoices, and put into boxes.
• Prepares and sends AP checks with appropriate documentation
• Requests monthly open balance statements from vendors (match with our books to avoid past-due invoices)
• Follows/adheres to the SOPs, cGMPs, Standard Safety Practices, and all company policies/procedures.
• Completes other duties as assigned by management.
