Job Description

Duties include but not limited to:

• Preparing invoices by verifying paperwork associated with the loads.
• Enter and account for advances given on loads.
• Prepare carrier settlements checks.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable and Payable.
• Claim research and resolution.
• Job also includes basic tasks associated with the aforementioned duties, such as filing, mailing, and keeping carrier file information up to date.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum Two years experience
