Accounting Administrator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing our daily accounting and finance tasks.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Perform welcome calls and explain billing processes to customers
  • Discuss financing options from third-party lenders
  • Create customer invoices in QuickBooks Online
  • Review production software instructions, notes, and contract documents
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Record payments and submit funding requests to lenders
  • Follow up on outstanding balances
  • File liens and forward balances to collections if needed
  • Audit projects for accuracy
  • Create reports related to assigned tasks
  • Perform miscellaneous admin and other tasks as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or higher in Accounting preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks Online
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills

*Note: This is an in-person position reporting daily to our Lake Forest Park, WA location*
