Job summary

Mango & Huber, CPAs, a full-service boutique accounting firm in Springfield, NJ, seeks a detail-oriented professional with 3+ years in public accounting to support tax and administrative tasks. You will report to the Client Services Manager and help process tax returns, oversee office operations, and assist with onboarding new hires.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent public accounting experience.
• Accounting degree is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational and client service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word/Excel; familiarity with UltraTax and DocuSign.

Responsibilities

• Tax return processing for individuals and businesses.
• Coordinate delivery of tax returns and invoices to clients; obtain signatures.
• Provide administrative support to accountants and supervise staff.
• Set up new employees on firm technology and onboarding.
• Maintain office records and files; manage equipment and supplies.
