Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for numbers and a passion for finance? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a dynamic Consulting Accounting Assistant to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis.

Responsibilities

As a Consulting Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures.
• Performing monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts.
• Processing accounts receivable/payable in a timely manner.
• Preparing and completing journal entries.
• Conducting detailed research and analysis of financial data to help the company make informed business decisions.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Consulting Accounting Assistant position, you must possess the following:

• Associate's Degree in Accounting preferred at minimum.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
