Job summary

Holman offers a three-year Accounting and Finance Rotation program designed for high-potential graduates. It provides three one-year rotations across financial disciplines, coupled with training, networking, and mentoring to ensure a well-rounded experience.

Upon completion, participants may be placed in a permanent role aligned with performance and Holman needs. Participants gain exposure to leaders, cross-departmental networking, and development workshops while building a broad understanding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance or related majors – Upcoming Spring 2027 Graduates.
• GPA minimum of 3.0.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to network and build relationships.

• High level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Complete three one-year rotations in accounting or finance-related departments.
• Participate in training classes, networking events, and mentoring.
