CVS Health is seeking an FP&A Manager on the Pharmacy Services Trade Finance team in Rhode Island. You will lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and rebate analytics, partnering with finance, data engineering, BI, and technology to drive enterprise performance.

You'll build automated data pipelines on Google Cloud, oversee data governance, and mentor a small team of analysts, promoting automation and data-driven decision making. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analytics, or BI experience.
• Experience with rebate analytics and forecasting.
• Strong SQL/Python and data analysis with large datasets.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and data governance.
• Healthcare/PBM analytics background preferred.

As an FP&A Manager on the Pharmacy Services Trade Finance team, you will serve as a strategic finance leader responsible for guiding financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and rebate analytics. In partnership with senior leaders across Finance, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Technology, you will provide actionable insights that inform key business decisions, shape financial strategy, and drive enterprise performance. This role requires a balance of financial acumen, analytical rigor, and leadership to ensure accurate reporting, effective resource allocation, and achievement of organizational objectives.

In addition to leading core FP&A functions, you will champion the transformation of financial data, reporting, and analytical capabilities leveraging cloud-based technologies, automated data pipelines, and advanced modeling techniques to support accurate financial reporting and decision making. You will drive initiatives that enhance transparency, strengthen data governance, improve operational efficiency, and elevate decision support across the organization. Additionally, this position will manage a small team of analysts and senior analysts while promoting a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and data-driven decision making.

• Lead the team’s preparation of accurate and timely financial forecasts, budgets, accrual, and variance analysis related to rebate programs. Analyst deliverables, ensuring accuracy and quality of work
• Partner with Data Engineering and Technology teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable financial data solutions within Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop and maintain automated data pipelines, data validation routines, and reconciliation processes to improve financial data quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, business rules, and governance standards supporting rebate forecasting and reporting.
• Utilize SQL, Python, and cloud-native technologies to transform, validate, and analyze large datasets supporting financial planning activities.
• Support the development of enterprise reporting and visualization solutions through tools such as Power BI, BigQuery, and Dataiku.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• ~3+ years of strong SQL/Python and data analysis skills, with experience leveraging large datasets to support financial and business decisions.
• ~3Work At Home-Rhode Island+ years of experience in Excel and financial modeling skills, with experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, accruals, and variance analysis.
• ~ Experience leading analytics or finance professionals and partnering effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver results.
• ~ Experience implementing data quality controls, reconciliation processes, and governance standards.
• Experience building reporting and visualization solutions in cloud-based analytics environments using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including BigQuery, or comparable cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Experience supporting data pipeline development, automation, or data transformation initiatives.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), pharmaceutical, rebate, or related analytics environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent relevant years of experience is required.

Full time Pay Range

66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
