Job summary

First American Financial Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Help Desk Analyst to join our Finance Service Center in Scottsdale. This role interfaces with customers and internal partners, resolving issues related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, primarily remote with the ability to work from the Scottsdale office as needed.

You will analyze reports, train staff, and support process improvements while representing a values-driven, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 2–4 years analytical or related business experience.
• Strong problem solving abilities and option evaluation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems with appropriate solutions.
• Ability to facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP Concur and/or Service First preferred.

What We Do

This is a Customer Service Help Desk position in the Finance Service Center. In this role, you will be working closely with our business partners to resolve issues related to shipping. You will be answering questions for internal and external customers and vendors related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Responsibilities also include reviewing employee expense reports and approving for reimbursement. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with customers over the phone and in email. We are looking for a quick learner who can master navigating various systems, including Oracle and Concur, to provide resolutions. The position is primarily remote; however, the Analyst must be able to work from the Scottsdale office when required.

• Ability to facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP Concur and/or Service First preferred.
• General knowledge and understanding of accounting principles.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $21.24 - $28.31 Hourly. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
