Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join its team. You’ll perform essential accounting functions across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and general accounting to support hotel operations and guest experience.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness and collaboration with finance and other departments. You’ll help prepare monthly closes, report financial results and respond to inquiries to help drive accurate financial communications.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential accounting functions across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Accounting to support financial operations.
• Address questions and disputes by researching inquiries and partnering with internal and external parties to resolve promptly.
• Participate in financial reporting by assisting with monthly accounts, month-end responsibilities, and internal controls over financial data.
• Assist with financial communication by reporting results and aiding understanding of financial matters for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other finance and corporate departments to build and maintain cooperative relationships.

Our hotel, which features 326 guest rooms, is located a half mile away from the Buckhead MARTA Station, for rapid transit to the airport and downtown. As an Accounting Analyst, you’re not just supporting the hotel’s financial operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
