Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is actively seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our Invoice-to-Pay (ITP) team in Wichita, KS. The role emphasizes critical thinking, collaboration, and delivering insights to improve cash flow and controls.

The candidate should have a solid accounting/finance background, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across global teams. This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Accounting/Finance focused role with understanding of accounting processes and financial concepts.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategies to optimize capability, resolve issues, disputes and reconciliations; escalate as needed.
• Identify and develop recommendations to drive transformation opportunities and value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide optimal solutions within KES and externally.
• Proactively manage and own a portfolio of customers.
• Identify improvement opportunities with global teams and deliver value-added solutions.

Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our Invoice-to-Pay (ITP) team in Wichita, KS. This position will engage, challenge, and provide fulfillment to a candidate with strong critical thinking skills and an economic focus, who enjoys collaborating with others, and who seeks to originate ideas that can provide new insights for our business. This role will be involved with a diverse and variable scope of responsibilities.This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.

Our Team

The KES Leveraged Capability team has responsibility for global ITP activities for the KES business group. The team works closely with various departments to provide insights and support strategic initiatives aligned with the company’s vision and goals.

What You Will Do

• Execute onstrategies tooptimizecapability,resolve issues,disputesand reconciliations; escalating accordingly to ensure awareness
• Identifyand develop recommendations, drive waste eliminationthroughtransformation opportunities that will provide value within the organization.
• Seekand share knowledge, communicate effectively, and build partnershipscross-functionallywithin KES and externally to provideoptimalsolutions.
• Proactively manage and take ownership of your portfolio of customers
• Collaboratewith globalteammemberstoidentifyimprovementopportunities anddeliversolutionsthat createvalue forKES.
• Monitor and analyze reports,identifytrends and areas for improvement,implementframeworksand procedures to ensure efficient andtimelycollections.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices,establishand uphold effective internal controls, frameworks,and procedures.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience in Accounting/Finance focused role thatrequireda solid understanding of accounting processes and financialconcepts
• Experience building relationships within multiple levels of an organization.
• Strong communicationskills with experience presenting and tailoring messages to a variety of audiences
• Experience managing multiple competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Experience learning new systems, technology,and improving processes
• Experience in Excel (spreadsheet creation/editing, pivot tables, graphs, data manipulation/analysisand formula creation)
