The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of accounting/financial analysis experience, NetSuite proficiency, and advanced Excel skills to drive accurate month‑end close and insightful financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of accounting, financial analysis, or financial operations experience.
• Required NetSuite experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Strong background in financial reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Hands-on invoicing and client billing experience.

This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who can quickly step in and contribute across accounting operations, financial analysis, reporting, and client billing with minimal ramp-up time.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close activities and maintain general ledger accuracy
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
