Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Enrolled in an accredited four-year college or MBA program in the United States.
• Rising juniors, seniors, or graduate students pursuing Business, Business-related, or IT majors. GPA minimum 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Learn accounting processes and requirements by observing and documenting with the team.
• Break recurring tasks into steps and suggest opportunities for simplification or automation.
• Assist with analyses, reconciliations, schedules, and project work as needed.
• Apply structured problem-solving to determine AI opportunities.
• Help design and test AI prompts, workflows, or agents for accounting use cases.
• Document inputs, decisions, exceptions, controls, and required human review.
