Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA/ACCA/CMA is a strong plus.
• 5+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Proven ability to prepare and review journals, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI training content: prompts and gold-standard accounting outputs.
• Optimize AI performance: evaluate and rank AI responses for GAAP/IFRS compliance.
• Ensure model integrity: test outputs for inaccuracies, bias, and controls.
