Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a qualified accounting advisory professional to join our growing team in a role focused on financial reporting, operational accounting, and the implementation of new accounting policies. You will work with clients to deliver tailored, integrated solutions and collaborate with senior leaders to drive value.

With strong support from leaders and a dedicated coach, you will mentor teammates, manage project administration, and contribute to developing AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, operational accounting, or related areas.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS; experience with complex transactions.
• Experience in professional services (public accounting, advisory, or management consulting).
• Comfort with identifying and adopting AI tools to improve productivity and client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage financial reporting processes, including restatements and traditional filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K).
• Improve and optimize finance and accounting functions for clients.
• Assist with new accounting policy implementations and complex transactions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients.
• Collaborate with client teams and CrossCountry personnel on project delivery.
• Oversee project administration including budgeting and billing.
• Mentor team members and support performance reviews.
• Contribute to AI-enabled client solutions within firm policies.
