Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate files and databases for student, department and vendor accounts.
• Serve as information resource and resolve accounting, accounts payable, bursar and purchasing inquiries.
• Interpret policies and procedures and support routine and non-routine accounting tasks.
• Process travel expenses, purchase documents, payments, and budget reports.
• Monitor projects and ensure necessary changes are made.
• Gather and analyze statistical information and generate reports.
• Generate statements of account and assist with phones, typing, mailings, and supplies.
