The immediate vacancies are with the Department of Health, Department of Business, Economic Development & Tourism, and Department of Transportation Harbors and Airport Division in Downtown and Halawa to Kalihi.

Salary: $62213 to $7,568 per month (SR-24, Step D to I)

Basic Education

• Basic Education: A bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university with at least 12 semester credit hours in accounting and/or auditing subjects.

Accounting Experience

• Accounting Experience: Three and one-half (3 1/2) years of progressively responsible professional accounting or auditing experience which may have included teaching accounting at the university level.

Supervisory Aptitude

• Supervisory Aptitude: Demonstration of aptitude or potential for the performance of supervisory duties through successful completion of regular or special assignments which involve some supervisory responsibilities or aspects of supervision, e.g., by serving as a group or team leader, by the completion of training courses in supervision accompanied by application of supervisory skills in work assignments; and/or by favorable appraisals by a supervisor indicating the possession of supervisory potential.
