Beacon Communities LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant for the Boston or Pittsburgh Corporate Office. Hybrid position requiring three days in the office. You will manage monthly corporate bank reconciliations, assist with month-end close, and prepare management company receivables reporting.
The role supports inter-company billings, annual audits, tax workpapers, and budget processes, with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting in a fast-paced environment.
General Statement of Duties: Responsible for daily accounting functions for corporate entities as assigned and participate in the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Works under the direction of the Corporate Controller and Lead Corporate Accountant.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
Some general ledger and month end close experience preferred.

Compensation: $60,000 - $64,000 annual salary
Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
